Thanks to the ability of scientific research and industrialization, small and mediumsized enterprises of science and technology show their importance in economic transitionof China. Not only in high technical industry, but they also show their importance inenlarging employment. As one of the forerunners, Jiangsu has advantages in education andlocal convenience of foreign trade. Jiangsu also became the mother land of small andmedium sized enterprises of science and technology. However, insufficiency of money andlimitation of financing channels become the obstacle to the development of small andmedium sized enterprises of science and technology.This thesis is not only investigation of financing circumstance and development ofJiangsu small and medium sized enterprises of science and technology between2008and2012, but also financing strategy. After the investigation of financing circumstance anddevelopment, I discovered that there are2reasons for their financial difficulty. For one istheir low leveled managing capacity and uncertain profitability. For another is the financialmarket is immature. As a result, these enterprises should take action in promoting theirmanaging capacity and make full use of the available financial resource. And we also needto pay more attention to build a better financial system to support their financing needs.
