| Medical device development and manufacturing is a typical multi-technology, multi-task and longtime development process. Therefore, medical device development projectsare with characteristics as multiple subprojects, resource restrictions, uncertainty taskduration. With the extensive application of project management, project schedulemanagement technology has been more and more applied in the medical devicedevelopment project.Within the paper, we base on the case analysis solution, focus on the theory of projectschedule management, BMT’s medical device project have been as an example. Modemproject schedule management and network planning technology have been explained.Especially, project plan definition and schedule control have been described.The main contents concluded following which of basic project management methodswere expressed. During we analysis BMT’s medical project, network planning techniquehave been used for plan definition, and optimized the gap between the plan and actualsituation. In additional, per the cause analysis and time-cost methods, we get the bestoptimized project schedule. Finally, the major of project management skill, which includedproject risk management, project organization and communication management, they havebeen summarized and explained. |
