The Research Of Project Schedule Management For Building A New Plant Of A Cosmetics Enterprises

With the development of economy,people are more and more pursuing the quality of life,pursuing fashion,cosmetics has become an indispensable consumer goods.China cosmetics consumption has a very big market,and the cosmetics market has a very large consumption growth space.Many domestic cosmetics companies have started to build factories and expand their production capacity to meet the needs of the market.For an enterprise,the scientific timeliness of the plant construction project is very important for the operation and benefit of the enterprise.it will directly affect the company profitability and sustainable development space,Controlling the time schedule of the factory construction project is the focus of attention and research in the factory construction project,and also the content of this paper.This thesis is based on project management knowledge system,combining with the project management process groups and related knowledge,apply the project schedule management methods in the plant develop project process,establish project team;Use the concept of project time management process group,and use project management methods,tools and technology to make project progress plan scientifically;In the process of implementation,the project planning,tracking and adjustment should be done,and the progress of the plant construction project should be effectively implemented and controlled to achieve the progress target.In this thesis,based on the cosmetics factory project actual project progress management,project management system as the theoretical basis,combined with the actual project progress management,to ensure the factory project progress goal eventually.The research results of this paper will provide a useful reference for similar factory construction projects and have certain enlightening effects.
