Toactively implement Corporation guidance on provincial company building theprovince’s supply chain system, with China Mobile to build a two-stage centralizedprocurement system to adapt to a low-cost and efficient supply chain system, toprovide a stable internal customers, timely and quality assurance of materials andservice providers, Heilongjiang Mobile Communications Company will actively carryout "China Mobile Communications Corporation Heilongjiang Co. Supply ChainDevelopment Plan" project studies to clarify the direction of the supply chain systemdevelopment goals, the progressive realization of the supply chain system, to achievebetween the various processes penetrating, better, faster business operations supportthe development work.The purpose of this study is that through the project management approach, thestudy design Heilongjiang Mobile Communications Company supply chaindevelopment planning, construction and implementation guidance andimplementation of Heilongjiang Mobile Communications Company supply chaindevelopment planning projects. First chapter, mainly for research background andsignificance of the subject have been summarized, and the subject content and methods used in the research are described. The second chapter analyzes thedevelopment of Heilongjiang Mobile Supply Chain macro environment and the statusquo.
