This thesis mainly studies how to establish steel cargo distribution center in practice, including three aspects: transportation, warehousing and machining. On basis of statistical data develop plan, by using mathematical model and computer model, selecting an appropriate distribution center include transportation compliance, warehousing and machine programming to be optimized and process reforgering. Aim to research transportation compliance by mathematical model and computer model and to analyse warehousing by variable analyzing. About machine programming, nonlinear programming will be used.All this aspects of transportation, warehousing and machining are related with the operating efficiency and stability for the logistics of corporation, so the inner and outer condition analyzing for one corporation is badly needed and deep research for these aspects have great improvement for operating flow.The feasibility of implementaion and correlation of every aspect should be considered when using mathematical model and computer model or process reforgering. So this thesis not only mentioned the the model and simulation on transportation and machining as the target, but also research the cost and profit on steel cargo in-out and process refergering on warehousing for the corporation.
