Today of rapid development in the economic globalization and information technology, some third party logistics (TPL) enterprises which have been operated heavy articles have entered the line of people. With the growing prosperity of heavy articles market, the local individual logistics enterprise and the central enterprises have invested a lot of money to enter the heavy market. The competition has become increasingly fierce and the heavy logistics enterprises are faced with enormous challenges.This paper introduces the research purpose, significance and the development situation of heavy logistics enterprises which are in China and abroad. Finally the paper gives a detailed review on the core competence of Jiaoyun heavy articles logistics enterprise (DJ).And the paper have constructed DJ’s evaluation system of core competitiveness. It mainly analyzes project cases and summed up the factors of core competence. At the end the author listed12specific indicators with data access method.According to the indicators, the paper produces the AHP and the Fuzzy Analysis method. And it established evaluation model of DJ’s core competitiveness. Find the strength index and weak indicators of the core competitiveness of enterprises, and use the analysis results to determine the accuracy of the model. Finally the paper puts forward some improved measures of DJ’s core competitiveness.Study of heavy articles logistics in China is still in the initial stage.
