Research On Management Approach Of Science And Technology Projects In H Enterprise

The science and technology develops rapidly in the modern society. Enterprise development is increasingly relying on scientific and technological innovation. It’s the trend that the development of science and technology becomes an important engine to boost the growth of enterprises. Enterprises are targeting advanced science and technology, and constantly improving their own technological innovation ability, promoting industrial upgrading, realizing win-win benefit on both economic and social aspects. In this context therefore I propose a newer and more practical technology projects management approach for the enterprises. It can improve the level of science and technology projects management, and effectively upgrade the innovation capability and competitiveness of the enterprises at the same time, and lead to a faster and healthier enterprise development.This paper selects H enterprise as a case to explore the science and technology management approaches for the enterprises. H Enterprise is a large quasi-public and nonprofit state-owned enterprise. Its existing project management problems reflect the same problems which happen in enterprises of the same type. H enterprise science and technology project management status are:First, lack of innovation on the scientific and technological project management model; Second, integration of the science and technology professionals is not enough in the project implementation process, poor timeliness of the project information; Third, cumbersome science and technology project management process, difficult to collect the necessary information and data; Fourth, poor efficiency of science and technology project management, it is difficult to share and utilize the outcomes.This paper carries out an in-depth study on the theory and approaches of the science and technology project management for the problems occurred in H Enterprise. This paper is based on a full understanding of the development of science and technology at home and abroad, and also on management innovation, focusing on the continuous development of science and technology project management. It introduces "Technology Management","project Management","PDCA","knowledge management" and other related theories, combined with H enterprise’s own feature of science and technology project management. And it applys process and quality control, knowledge management system building up and other methods. This papaer provides theoretical approaches and improving programms for the science and technology departments to effectively control the project schedule, quality and knowledge sharing. These programs are relatively universal, and can somehow be applied to enterprises of the same type.
