Wangkui Food Safety Regulatory Countermeasures In Heilongjiang Province

In recent years, with the deepening of the new rural construction in our country,WangKuiXian of people’s living standards have improved a lot, and it’srural population accountsfor82%of the population.The standard of consumer demand for food is becomingmore andmore high, the food market in meet the dietary requirements at the same time with the foodsafety issues cannot be ignored,and it’s a huge challenge for the government and relevantfunctional departments.Based on WangKuiXian food safety supervision in heilongjiang province as the researchobject, using literature analysis, comparative analysis, interview method and qualitative analysis.In this paper, the researches on the regulation of food safety WangKuiXian in heilongjiangprovince. The full text is divided into six parts. The first part expounds the cause of the researchbackground, purpose and significance of this study and the summary of the research status athome and abroad are reviewed,and the status quo by reference to a lot of research data todetermine the course of the study and find a suitable for all kinds of research methods of thisarticle, laying solid foundation of theory study, this article; The second and third parts,respectively for use in the study to the related theoretical basis and reference to the experienceand measures at home and abroad are summarized. The fourth part summarizes the heilongjiangprovince WangKuiXian present situation of food safety supervision, analyzes the heilongjiangprovince WangKuiXian problems existing in the process of food safety regulation; Fifth partbased on the problems existing in the food safety supervision countermeasures accordingly,basically has the following countermeasures: strengthen rural food safety regulation, increasedinvestment in food safety supervision in terms of specification, specific responsibilitiesmanagement regulations, building perfect food safety supervision system, establish help foodsafety regulatory environment. Hope that through this study can provide a reference forWangKuiXian related departments to strengthen food safety supervision and restraint.
