Food Safety Regulatory Issues On Game Theory

Nowadays people are increasingly demanding food safety,food safety,but the present situation is not satisfactory,often security problems.In this paper,the use of game theory to study the various stakeholders in the food industry in the case of mutual influence,how rational decision strategy selection.First,food safety regulatory issues of all kinds of views were consolidated;Secondly,it introduces the basic knowledge of game theory;Game again the relevant body between the food market were analyzed to establish a game model,focusing on strategy selection of food producers and food consumers and government regulators of the three studies,and in particular from four levels of food safety problems were analyzed:(1)Game between food producers;(2)the game between food producers and consumers;(3)Game food producers and government regulators departments;Game(4)between the regulatory authorities which in the game analysis of food producers and government regulators in between and discuss the static game and dynamic game.and from the same level between regulatory authorities and between different levels of regulatory Game Game this game analysis between the food regulatory authorities two aspects will be discussed.by analyzing the relationship between the game and the various stakeholders to solve the corresponding model,find the main factors that influence the choice of making the game both sides,and when the two sides during the game,the game between the parties is how it affects the other's decision-making choice of.Finally,through the elm region Makro supermarket customer random survey data obtained using SPSS software and Logistic Regression binary,all kinds of factors that affect food safety concern were research analysis,the conclusions of which two yuan Logistic Regression model is as follows:...
