The problem is that our farmers’ income a major problem today, sustainability, rapidincrease farmers’ income, to establish a long-term mechanism for increasing farmers’income, related to the sustainability of the national economy, rapid and healthydevelopment of our relations to build a moderately prosperous to achieve social goals. Fromthe point of view of agricultural policy departure, relying on the country ’s agriculturalpolicy, to establish a long-term mechanism for increasing farmers’ income, to addressChina’s " three rural" issue, a new idea and a useful reference. In the new era, the slowgrowth of farmers’ income, not only directly affect the improvement of living standards offarmers, but also to rural economic development, social stability and the goal of buildinga well-off society, and has become restricting China’s economic development and and builda socialist harmonious society bottleneck. Therefore,increasing farmers’ income is the focusof our future work in a rural area and even the current period. However, from the currentsituation, many of our farmers ’income measures, there are short-term and limitations,there is no real solution to the problem of farmers ’ income from the fundamental, guidingframework Income System is not yet formed. This paper focuses on how to build long-termmechanism to promote farmers’ income in depth discussion papers through the farmers’income growth since the reform and opening up review, analysis of the factors restrictinggrowth in farmers’ income.On this basis, on how to establish long-term mechanism to promote farmers’ incomewere to explore multiple perspectives: the reform and improvement of the existing landsystem and the household registration system, breaking the urban-rural dual structure,establish and improve rural financial market system and the taxation system, activelypromote the strategic restructuring of agriculture and the rural economy, and activelydevelop industrial management of agriculture, changes in government agriculturalmanagement functions, increase farmers’ scientific and cultural quality, and accelerate thetransfer of rural surplus labor, and vigorously promote the construction of agriculturalinformation.
