| As the third pole of economic development in China, jing-jin-ji district have ignoredthe protection of resources and the environment and are facing great resource andenvironmental pressures while gaining a fast-growing economy. In terms of the agriculture,what comes along with the traditional extensive growth mode is the overuse of pesticide andfertilizer, which not only cause the waste of resources and environmental problems, but alsobring the food safety problems that concerns the public. With the proceed of industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization, the need for resource, the emission of the wastewill also increase, the contradiction between economic growth and environmental carryingcapacity will be more severe, which determines that the recycling agricultural economy isthe inevitable way for us,and that it is also an important part of regional sustainabledevelopment.The similar conditions in agricultural production and territorial indivisibility make itpossible to integrate the three region’s agriculture. Making a general layout of agriculture inthese regions is an effective way for the sustainable agricultural development and theintegration of regional agriculture. Construction of ecological industry chain is the intrinsicneeds and an effective way to develop recycling economy. Agro-industrial sectors’ naturallink and integrity features of agricultural structure is just what to be established andstrengthened by recycling agriculture, which are the bases of agro-ecological industry chain.Studying on recycling agriculture from the perspective of ecological industry chain is morefeasible and has practical meaning.This article makes use of a comprehensive knowledge of the regional economy,industrial economics and ecological economics to analyze the development of jing-jin-jidistrict recycling agriculture from a new perspective of how to build ecological industry chain.The first part of this paper studies the background and the value of constructing recyclingagricultural ecological industry chain in jing-jin-ji district. It also comments on the researcheson circular economy and eco-industrial chain at home and abroad. Secondly, this articleillustrates the theoretical bases related to circular agriculture and eco-industrial chain,explains the theoretical foundation, the principles should be followed when designingagricultural eco-industry chain, the designing methods and several different scales. Thirdly,this article introduces the background of constructing the recycling agricultural eco-industrychain in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, including its advantages and disadvantages. It also analyzesthe problems of existing eco-industrial chain that need to be solved. Fourthly, this paper analyzes several typical agricultural eco-industrial chains in this region and the existingproblems should to be solved. In the last part of this article. I demonstrate how to buildeco-industrial chain and put forward several relevant measures and recommendation on howto promoting the development of recycling agriculture. |
