Eco-development Model Of Industrial Parks In The Jinzhou District Of Dalian

Now Jinzhou District is the largest administrative region of Dalian, it's the function extension of the main urban, it's the emerging industrial area of Dalian in the future, and it's as well as the regional logistics hub of the northeast traditional industry base. Ecological planning and construction of industrial park in Jinzhou District, was placed in an important position that affecting the whole development of industry of Dalian. With the rapid development of the steel, automobile and other industries the contradiction of the resource consumption, environmental pollution problems and economic development is more and more prominent. To seek new ideas for industrial development and to achieve the eco-industrial park transformation, we must establish a new model which is with the minimal environmental costs to achieve the most economic results. The paper synthesized domestic and international eco-industrial parks'planning and construction methods, combined with the existing layout of industrial parks in Jinzhou District, the new requirements for industrial positioning in the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" of Jinzhou District, designed the two kinds of models for eco-development of industrial parks, the Construction of new eco-industrial clusters and the development and design of information management platform of the industrial Parks for Jinzhou District of Dalian. In the process of building the Eco-industrial clusters, to the future direction of the industry of Jinzhou District as the main line, combined with the advantage of Jinzhou District, and the actual operating model of the existing industrial parks, establishing the core areas which focus on developing the industries to achieve the industrial aggregation, integrating the existing resources of the industrial parks, and to re-positioning the industrial parks which had built. For the development of key industries to design a total of five kinds of industrial clusters'model, namely the automotive industrial cluster, the electronic information industrial clusters, quality steel industrial cluster, mechanical processing industrial cluster and agricultural products processing industrial cluster, to build the eco-industrial chains in the industrial clusters, to realize the link of upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial clusters and to achieve the waste recycling and reusing. Information management platform of industrial park primarily service for the main parts in the parks. Including the management of industrial parks, business groups in the industrial park and groups of customer which outside of the industrial parks. Through information management platform to achieve the transfer and sharing of information, improve efficiency and cost savings, provide convenient services for the majority of applications. Finally, the paper by exploring two models to seek the contribution of ecological theory for the construction of the eco-industrial parks, as well as the ecological significance of the eco-development of industrial park. From the theory of food chain and food web in the ecosystem, the theory of the dominant species and the constructive species, the theory of species diversity and niche theory, to reveal the theoretical basis for the ecological patterns of industrial parks. The design and application of two models can not only promote industrial park cyclical and continuous and healthy development, while achieving industrial parks'information sharing and feedback, in order to achieve the eco-development of industrial parks.
