The development of county economy is the foundation of the county. If one county is rich and prosperous, people there are rich and affluent. Effective and rapid development of county economy, with strong and solid，is foundation for economic and social development throughout the country effect. The county economy is not only for the economic development, but also play an important role in social stability and stability.
