Internal marketing is a management concept which treats staff as internalcustomer and turn the work as a product to meet the needs of employees. Internalmarketing has increasingly caused researchers’ attentions which lies in its activeemphasis on “human” factor in the enterprises or organizations, and that is apeople-oriented management philosophy. To realize employees’ satisfaction by theimplementation of internal marketing will help the external customer satisfactionincreased correspondingly, and ultimately ensure the realization of corporate goalsprofits. The implementation of internal marketing activities in the SOE will greatlypromote its development in the market economy, change business concept, andaccelerate organizational revolutions, establish the people-oriented corporate culture,which has played an significance role in improving employees’ satisfaction andenhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.This paper reviews the employee satisfaction and theoretical study of internalmarketing theory. It also analyzes the factors of influencing employees’ satisfactionthough the study of the status in the SOE, and dig into the related factors of internalmarketing concept.in order to provide an effective ideas for establishing internalmarketing employees’ satisfaction model in the SOE. I wish I can put forward somereference suggestions and ideas to further improve the state-owned enterprisemarketing model by the research.
