The state-owned enterprises play a very important role in the economic development of China.From the important position of state-owned enterprises and from the plight of China's accession to the WTO,improvement of the management level and talent introduction are significant problems,which state-owned enterprises need to face and solve.Through the research on the relationship between job satisfaction and performance,employee satisfaction can be improved effectively,it has realistic significance for state-owned enterprises and their employees.At the same time,the results of this study can provide reference function for the foundation of modern system of state-owned enterprises and human resource management.In this study,the use of the questionnaire survey approach,but also use of interviews,observation of the way to support the use of the above three research methods,five of which 141 employees were investigated.Through summarizing,sorting out and analyzing the data,this paper obtains the present situation of state-owned enterprise employee's job satisfaction and state-owned enterprise employee's work performance.On the basis of the above two points,this paper analyzes the influence of demographic variables on job performance The job satisfaction of employees of state-owned enterprises is analyzed,and several conclusions are drawn: First,out of the gender factors,the employee's job satisfaction will be based on each person's different attributes Thirdly,the job satisfaction is related to job satisfaction and task performance,and the external job satisfaction is related to the performance of the task.The second is that the job satisfaction degree of the employees of the state-owned enterprises has certain relationship with the job performance.While the performance of the people will also have a certain degree of internal job satisfaction,internal and external job satisfaction will lead to a change in the associated performance.
