State-owned enterprises(SOE) has an important position in China,Comprehensivelydeepening reform of state-owned enterprises carryed out by the government will have a rangeof effects on the state-owned enterprises. State-owned enterprises are living in some importantindustries,which should assume greater social responsibility. The stability of SOE staffs,especially the core staff stability is essential for the sustainable and healthy development ofstate-owned enterprises. Deeping the SOE reform is inevitable to attack some SOEs andaffected the interests of part of their staffs, which might leading to some changes in employeebehavior, and affect enterprise efficiency ultimately. As forefront of SOE reform, there wouldbe a sample significance for predicting the impact of comprehensively deepening reformabout SOEs in human resources by the research about employee satisfaction of SOEs inBeijing.About reduce employee turnover intention, to prevent loss of key employees have beenstudied a lot, mostly from employee satisfaction commitment, organization, finding thecorrelation between the individual tissue matching attitude variables. Embed theoretical workappears to leave aspects of research staff brings new ideas. In particular the theory ofcommunity work embedded embedding first look for reasons to retain employees fromoutside of work, very worthy of further study.The company P in this study is a central enterprise of the communications industry inBeijing, which has a strong representative. This paper review and induce theconcept,meaning,influencing factors,assessment methods and other related theories of job satisfaction,describing the concept and division dimensions of the jobembeddedness,combining the characteristics of the backgroud of state-owned enterprisesreform to establish evaluation index system, and formed a questionnaire on the basis of allabove. Then we using questionnaires to survey the P enterprise employee satisfaction of coreemployees, job embeddedness and turnover intention. In the empirical analysis part, throughthe use of statistical analysis software for the reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlationanalysis, regression analysis, the basic hypothesis is verified, and the main conclusions are asfollows:1.Demographic variables satisfaction have a significant influence on employeesatisfaction,job embeddedness and turnover intention of central enterprise coreemployees.2.There is a significantly negatively correlated between the employee satisfactionand turnover intention,however there is positively correlated between the employeesatisfaction and job embeddedness.3.There is a significantly negatively correlated between thejob embeddedness and turnover intention.4.There is positively correlated between theemployee satisfaction and job embeddedness.5.The job embeddedness is the mediatingvariables between the employee satisfaction and employee turnover intention.In the lastarticle,we made some management recommendations on how to reduce the loss of the coreemployees of central enterprises,pointed out the Inadequate of this research and the directionof future research.
