With the rapid development of computer and network technology, scientific and technological progress by leaps and bounds, and now society has entered the knowledge economy-based society, information technology continues to accelerate the process of building the international market more competitive. However, because the substance of the trend of the market economy and the people for their tireless pursuit to achieve the objective value of the community "quit" phenomenon has become more widespread, has become a commonplace behavior among high-tech, with great development the potential of knowledge-based IT companies for vocational talents twice or several times to select the phenomenon is more pronounced. Due to the high requirements of enterprise IT innovation, short product life cycles, and other characteristics of knowledge-intensive companies rely more on talent than other types of businesses. However, an open market economy, such as the external environment and knowledge-intensive, high treatment, the age structure of the low and other professional staff to its own characteristics and create a larger phenomenon in the industry personnel, especially knowledge-based talent mobility. Thus, the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises is mainly compete for talent, companies leave no stone unturned to attract talent, the brain drain phenomenon plaguing many companies. Impact of brain drain on IT companies generally caused more than other types of businesses, reflecting the faster, more serious consequences.This paper focuses on the status and causes of Chinese IT enterprises brain drain and brain drain elaborate theories for Chinese IT companies and their personnel characteristic features, IT brain drain problem in their own factors triggered the research base to improve corporate human resource management as the goal, to control a serious brain drain situation, develop appropriate countermeasures brain drain.
