In order to build a fair and ordered international trade environment, it is bound to improve and perfect the system of the international anti-circumvention.On the current situation, our country is the most frequently investigated by the EU countries for the reason of anti-circumvention. It is very harmful to the prosperity of China’s economy in the overseas as well as domestic market. In order to avoid the EU and international anti-circumvention investigation, the companies in our country should be adjusted accordingly.For flexible use of international anti-dumping and anti-circumvention related provisions, we need to know both ourselves and other countries. Prior to being accused of anti-dumping, we should complete the overseas investment, avoid being exploited by foreign companies, become the target that is avoided by other countries and strengthen alliances, making the industry associations or chambers of commerce generating effectively,establish professional anti-dumping and anti-circumvention affairs team and warning mechanism.
