The Research Of Driving Factors Of Zhejiang Province’s Green Transformation Of Printing And Dyeing Industry

Textile industry is very important for Zhejiang province, and its sales revenue, export volume and profit ranking first in the country. Not only the printing and dyeing industry is an important support in the textile industry, it connects weaving industry and clothing industry, but also it is the most value-added industry in the textile industry except the clothing industry. However, printing and dyeing industry is also the industry of high water consumption, high energy consumption and high pollution. Therefore, how to properly handle the contradiction between economic development and environment, energy, is the urgent important issues to develop Green economy and complete green Transformation. Based on the general theory of green Transformation, reviewing the related literature about green Transformation, this paper focuses on the driving factors of Zhejiang Province’s Green Transformation of printing and dyeing industry on the basis of the theory of green economy.Based on water consumption, energy consumption and wastewater discharge, the paper makes a scientific study about the factors of Zhejiang Province’s Green Transformation of printing and dyeing industry from economy, society, environment, resource point. On the basis of the analysis of developing state of the Zhejiang Province’s printing and dyeing industry, this paper analyze the major driving factors of Zhejiang Province’s Green Transformation-------technical level, environmental protection investment and industrial structure, from the analysis of the contradiction among economy, society, environment, resource point. To improve the water consumption, energy consumption and waste emissions, the printing and dyeing enterprise should improve technical level, increase investment in environmental protection and guide the adjustment of industrial structure, product structure. Then this paper analyze the major problems of the development of the printing and dyeing industry from the point of ecology, resource, innovation ability and the technical level. Finally, the paper sums up the major problems in the development of the printing and dyeing industry, and puts forward a number of targeted policy recommendations combined with the international and domestic situation that the printing and dyeing industry face with.
