Ocean Medicine Chain Co., Ltd. Quality Assurance System Research And Design

Starting from the basic theory of quality management, and combining with the practices of Dayang drugs chain Co.Ltd, the thesis diagnoses and analyzes of operation of its quality management system (QMS).Based on this,it designs a new QMS , assesses the implement effects and summarizes the lesson of present QMS and even provides referenced value for the designing and construction of QMS in other drugs retailing enterprises.The thesis is divided into 5 parts.Beginning with the current situation and competitive position of domestic drugs retailing enterprise, the first part sums up the domestic and overseas relevant documents and defines the researching meanings and object of this thesis.From the connotation of quality, quality management and quality assurance system(QAS),the second part discusses the relationship of the three, the formation and systematic characteristics of QAS and total quality management. The third part introduces the basic situation and the primary QAS of Dayang Co.Ltd,then analyzes its strengths and weaknesses.In the fourth part, with the idea of quality management, the thesis particularly introduces how to design QAS when facing suppliers,departments,clients and employees and put forward suggestions of improving projects. The fifth part assesses the effects of improving projects after being put into practice for 5 months.The thesis applies such methods as document research,data analysis,field survey ,puts into effect total quality management and adopts the quality management means of law graph,KJ,QCC,arrow of CLC,flow diagram ,data collection in order to closely associate theoretic research of quality management with practices .What is more ,the thesis designs the QAS fitting on the speciality of Dayang Co, LTD by tracking the practical effects closely, following up in time, adjusting dynamically, perfecting and advancing this QAS gradually.
