Culture is the soul and blood of a nation, the epitome of the softpower of a country. In recent years, more and more countries hasestablished the strategy of “culture orientated national development”, andthe culture industry behaves more and more competent in accelerating theeconomy. As a country of five thousand years’ culture, our country hasabundant cultural resource and it is a strategic way to boost the economicdevelopment by supporting the development of culture industry. Underthe strategy of “culture orientated national development”, every provinceof our country is active in developing the regional culture resource andpromoting the development of culture industry to strength the economy ofthe province. As a province of rich cultural resource, Gansu province alsopresents the strategy to fully support the culture industry development,which plays a more and more significant role in the economydevelopment of Gansu Province.It is challenges for the culture industry development to realize theleapfrog development of the culture industry, accelerate the establishmentof the culture industry of “one zone, three regions, thirteen parts” inGansu province, and realize the increment of culture industry reach78.456billion RMB in the year of2020, promote the establishment of the“6551”culture industry system. Finance department shall take advantageof the government’s support for the culture industry development, combine the development of the culture industry with the operation modeof the finance industry with to realize the effective cooperation of financeand culture industry, promote the development of culture industry inGansu province.This essay firstly makes efforts to analyze the demand of cultureindustry to be supported finance through the systematical review of theprevious related research, and then has a detailed study of the benefit andthe existing problems of the financial support for culture industry.
