A Research On Capital Support For The Strategy Of "Industry Strengthen Province" In Gansu

Industrialization is not only the key issue of the economic development in the developing countries and regions, but also an inevitable path to achieve modernization and the insurmountable stage in the process from less-developed situation to developed one.It is very urgent and important for Gsnsu, as a traditional industry base and an impoverished region in Northwest of China, to study how to speed up economic development by impelling the industrialization advancement. Therefore, Gansu put forward the developing strategy of "Industry Strengthen Province". However, the industrialization needs increasing high capital accumulation and high capital investment. As a backward area, it is also very urgent for Gansu to make good use of all resources and create advantages and to seek capital support for the strategy.This article, on the basis of a complete, reasonable and deep analysis on present situation of Gansu industrialization, starts with the plan of the strategy and makes a deep research on capital demand and capital restriction of it by using the relative research achievement in theories of regional economics and developing economics. Then, this article puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions about capital support in order to provide an effective and beneficial reference for the strategy of "Industry Strengthen Province".
