Labor relationship of cooperation and double-win is the wind vane of the development of society in its harmonious way, and it is significant to the healthy development of enterprises, protection of workers’rights and the stability of the society. During the last30years under the policy of reform and open, the non-public enterprises in China have achieved huge success. However, the labor relationship in those enterprises don’t match the overall trend of coordination and stability, which are not as healthy as people consider, and showed several discord performance. It is more often to see the conflicts coursed by imbalanced labor interest in non-public enterprises in China, and it also makes frequent accidents of labor group, which brings much pressure to the rulers. Therefore, building harmonious labor relationships seem to be urgent under today’s situation.The tile of this paper is research on constructions of harmonious labor relationship in non-public enterprises, which means to search the possible path to improve the relationship to guarantee the fairness in labor and the harmonious development of the relationship under the analysis of the relationship in non-public enterprises. This paper consists of5chapters, the first part is the introduction, which is mostly the analysis of the theories of the labor relationship in non-public enterprises. Then the second one is the relative concepts of the non-public enterprises, which introduces the connotations and characteristics of non-public enterprises and labor relationships, the evaluation standards of harmony of the relationship and the factors of constructions. The third part points out the existing problems in the labor relationships in non-public enterprises, which mainly obtained by the collection of literature, and the organization of the data published by the Union of Anhui Province in2013. The fourth chapter is the analysis of the reasons coursed the discord problems of labor relationships in non-public enterprises. Then find the resource of that by analysis of concepts and examples. The last part is mainly about countermeasures and suggestions, which will give some good ideas from several aspects to those problems to improve the labor relationships in harmony.The paper points out the construction of harmonious labor relationships in non-public enterprises, which should firmly establish the scientific management and let the government plays the leading role. Then strengthen the enforcement of labor standards, guiding the enterprises to do their social duties, promote the transformations of system, enhance the autonomy and independence of the Union. Establish and protect labor rights, build a sound legal system, thereby constructing labor relationships contributed by government, enterprises and workers.
