With the establishment and improvement of socialist market economic system the non-public economy has become an important part of the national economy. There are more and more non-public enterprises that were begin to emerge since the introduction of reform and opening up. They have become an indispensable force of socialist construction. On the other hand, the non-public enterprises are still in the growth stage, the external environment is not mature enough and internal mechanism is not healthy either, so there are constant conflicts between employers and employees in non-public enterprises, and the labor-capital relationship is increasingly tense, which has affected the healthy and harmonious development of enterprises and society. Therefore, it has become a major issue to give the correct adjustment and guide to the labor-capital relationship in non-public enterprises in order to build the harmonious socialist labor-capital relations. Some theorists and scholars have undertaken a lot of theoretical research on the labor-capital relationship in non-public enterprises from the perspective of economics, sociology, law and other disciplines; it is still a blank to study the relationship from the perspective of social insurance, which is the starting point for this paper. The cut-in point of this paper is social insurance, the main theme is labor-capital relationship and the main content of the text is the influence of social insurance on the labor-capital relationship. Guided by Marxist dialectical materialism and historical materialism, this paper adopts the methods of literature study, investigation analysis and mathematical modeling to give a comprehensive analysis of the influence of social insurance on the labor-capital relationship. This paper first gives a introduction of research background, research significance (theoretical significance and practical significance), research methods, research content and innovation of this paper. Then this paper gives a literature review on relative studies. It reviews and classifies the foreign theories about labor-capital relationship and the current research situation of non-public labor-capital relationship in our country, and sums up all kinds of research theories, viewpoints and methods, focusing on some parts that can give a better reflection on the reality in order to provide help and support for the paper. After that this paper gives a study on relative theories of the labor-capital relationship from the perspective of social insurance. It classifies and sums up some related concepts, such as labor-capital relationship, labor-capital relationship in non-public enterprises, and social insurance in order to provide the definition of concepts and theoretical basis for the research of the topic. On the basis of the definition of concepts and theoretical study this paper analyzes the current situation of labor-capital relationship in non-public enterprises from the perspective of social insurance, and summarizes the development situation of social insurance in non-public enterprises systematically, including the achievements and existing deficiencies. It also makes innovative analysis on the different attitudes towards social insurance from employers and employees in non-public enterprises and its impact on labor-capital relationship, which makes full preparation for the mathematical modeling in the fifth chapter. The special part of the paper is about "the model of labor-capital relationship from the perspective of social insurance (M-of-LCSI)". By analyzing the different attitudes towards social insurance from employers and employees in non-public enterprises and government, this part, by using the approach of game theory, explains the conflict of interests between employers, employees and government and explains the policy they select, and establishes the functional relationship between the rates of labor-management strife and social insurance participation in non-public enterprises, and makes a better validation by empirical analysis. The last part includes the conclusion and policy recommendation. This part brings up the viewpoint that the government needs social insurance measures to balance the interests between employers and employees. It also puts forwards practical policy recommendation for the realization of coordinated development between employees, employers and the government, and the construction of a harmonious labor-capital relationship. The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in the following aspects:First, from the topic and research perspective the paper has the innovation by studying the labor-management relationship in non-public enterprises of our country from the perspective of social insurance. Second, the paper summarizes the different attitudes towards social insurance from the employers and employees in the real life, which are summed up into four types as "invalid social security type", "employers-against type", "employees-against type" and "harmonious social security type". It also conducts a thorough analysis of the impact of the four types on the labor-capital relationship. Third, the paper analyzes the policy selected by the employers, employees and government by using the approach of game theory, and establishes the functional relationship between the rates of labor-capital strife and social insurance participation, and makes a better validation by empirical analysis.
