In recent years, China’s civil aviation industry has achieved rapid development, significantly improve transport capacity and international status. General Administration of Civil Aviation of China to become the world’s second largest after the United States civil aviation transportation system. With the gradual opening of the domestic civil aviation market, the competition will become more intense air transport industry. Airlines compete on price, route and time, services and products, marketing channels, and other aspects of the aviation hub of the increasingly fierce.Eastern Airlines as one of China’s three major state-owned backbone of the airline, has a unique technology and management advantages, the air transport industry as the leader in domestic and international market share compared with other domestic airlines.2013Anhui sustained economic growth,double-digit growth for10consecutive years, ranking first in the country increased by11, a middle. Anhui Hefei airport as the core of the airport, the annual passenger throughput of5.628million passengers, an increase of8.4%over last year, before the opening of the airport except January Newbridge its duties are to maintain two-digit growth, and higher than the average growth rate in east China. Eastern Anhui Development Center, under the policy guidance of the parent company CEA itself, in a stage of rapid growth.Summarized based on the enterprise’s competitive strategy theory, combined with the development of eastern airlines in Anhui province reality, macro environment is studied by using PEST analysis first, secondly, using the theory of porter’s five model for further analysis of the industry’s competitive situation, again according to the reality of the China Eastern airlines in Anhui area, SWOT analysis method is used to determine the eastern airlines competition strategy choice, the last is China Eastern’s competition strategic choice, strategy implementation for its functions and the related control puts forward relevant policy Suggestions.According to the analysis of macro environment, the aviation industry analysis and SWOT analysis results of eastern Anhui region, this paper argues that China Eastern Anhui regions should adopt differential competitive strategy, mainly relies on cost leadership competitive strategy of competitive strategy. Further, according to the results of the competition strategic choice, strategy implementation of the eastern airlines should in Anhui area control and put forward specific policy recommendations.
