Enterprise strategic management is formed on the basis of the environment and resources of enterprises,and has a guiding role in the development of enterprises.The competitive strategy is a part of the strategic management of the enterprise.Through a good competitive strategy,the core competitive ability of the enterprise can be promoted effectively to make it faster,better and healthier development.A company is a express company.It has 12671 operating outlets,57 cargo planes,about 30 thousand dry branch vehicles and 63 thousand vehicles at the end.It is one of the most profitable businesses in China’s express industry.With the development of network information technology and e-commerce,the demand for express service has increased,which has brought opportunities to the express industry,and the competition in the express delivery industry has been increasingly fierce.A company is faced with the low market share of e-business express parts,low quality of employees,difficult innovation progress and other development bottlenecks,so we must seek strategic upgrading or transformation.In this paper,the literature research method is used to study a large number of related theories of enterprise development strategy,competition strategy and express enterprise,and then the external environment of A company is analyzed by PEST analysis and Potter five force model tools learned by MBA course,and the competition structure of express industry was studied.A comprehensive analysis of the company’s internal business environment,technology,human resources and financial situation through public information,we should improve the management of human resources and broaden the type of business,analyze the advantages and disadvantages of A company by SWOT analysis,On the basis of strategic research,it proposes countermeasures and suggestions,and proposes to choose differentiated competition strategy.The specific implementation approaches mainly include target market,enterprise image,pricing strategy and marketing channel.
