With the rapid development of China’s economy, people’s standard of living has also been a corresponding increase, while tourism has become an indispensable part of people’s daily life, tourism has become increasingly in-depth research, the study of tourist behavior is very important in the tourism research component. Traditional travel services cannot meet the contemporary needs of tourists, tourists personalized service for travel information requirements also will grow. Especially in the current information age, the information in people’s daily lives everywhere, and this information has influenced many people’s decisions. At the same time, continue to develop a strong network and mobile device capabilities, the mobile terminal applications such as mobile phones generally, iPad, wireless laptop computers, not only to promote the mobile service, but it makes the tourists in the tourist can enjoy a better personality information services. Tourists through a variety of mobile terminals to get personalized information services that can address their food, housing, transportation, travel, shopping and entertainment elements of each trip will be faced with a problem. This study sought information science, library and information science and economics, consumer behavior research in personalized information services for tourists demand behavior proposed by combining the rationalization of activities related to tourists and tourism-related organizations and industry managers’ recommendations.In this paper, it was draw a large number of previous studies on the basis of the article, the concept of personalized information services research on Tourists mobile information environment is that tourist information in today’s mobile environment, especially in3G,4G network environment, tourists mobile intelligent terminal such as smart phones, iPad, etc. on various issues encountered in the journey through these smart carrier for help, able to quickly solve a variety of problems faced. To tourists personalized information services based on the needs of the mobile terminal as the dependent variable to search costs, product knowledge, perceived risk, perceived benefits, and network trust as independent variables, the establishment of a theoretical model, and make relevant assumptions. And through a large network of field survey, using SPSS19.0statistical software to analyze the collected data, draw tourists personalized information service demand trends in the mobile environment, which make relevant comments and suggestionsThe results was demographic variables of gender, age, education level, occupation, number of trips per year are has significant differences in personalized mobile tourist information service; Product knowledge, perceived benefits, network trust has a significant positive impact on tourists personalized information needs of mobile information environment; search costs, perceived risk has a significant negative impact on tourists personalized information needs of mobile information environment. the contribution of this article is to rich the research of the information needs of tourists personalized mobile information environment, and validate the factors affecting tourism personalized mobile information needs; The tourists according to the basis of the specific content and factors of tourists personalized information service needs of mobile intelligent terminal mobile information environment, the role and services from a user perspective of the role of the two, made relevant comments and suggestions. The disadvantage is that the presence of certain restrictive scope of the study sample and research. Finally, some suggestions and directions were put forward for future research.
