Study Of Balancing Urban And Rural Development Regional Patterns And Spatial Strategy

The issue of balancing urban and rural development is one of the key problems in China’s economic and social development and also the hotspot of scholars’research. How to balance urban and rural development is the important subject related to sustainable development of Yichang, which is a special region set city, rural, mountain area, reservoir and minority areas in one.Form the space perspective, this paper research on the regional pattern and space strategy of balancing urban and rural development in Yichang. From the administrative level scale, construct the three levels of regional development model with city, county and township. From the perspective of river economic belt, I will study urban and rural spatial strategy. Then according to the inspiration of Yichang, I sum up the path of urban and rural development. The study has the good theory significance and the practice guidance to the balance of urban and rural development with other similar development areas.The first chapter and the second chapter are introduction and theory. The first chapter mainly expounds the paper research background and research significance, research contents, methods and technical line. The second chapter mainly reviews and summaries the basic theory and related research of balancing urban and rural at home and abroad.The third chapter to the fifth chapter is main body part of this article. Firstly, I analysis the problems of urban and rural development in Yichang from the population, industry and space, then summarize the experience of urban and rural development of typical areas of Hubei province. Secondly, I construct three levels of regional model with city, county-and township of urban and-rural development based-on the-urbanization development level, the choice of leading industry and urban-rural correlation. Lastly, I select Yangtze River, Juzhang River, Xiangxi River and Qingjiang as urban development corridor, and starting from the system and mechanism, to explore the spatial strategy of balancing urban and rural development.The sixth chapter and the seventh chapter expound the implications and conclusions. Based on the enlightenment of Yichang, I sum up the path of urban and rural development from the diversification, differentiation and persistent. Finally, according to the whole page, regional patterns and spatial strategy are summarized from transverse, longitudinal space angle of balancing urban and rural development.
