In the temporary competition among enterprises, the talent is an intangible resource for enterprises, and compared with other resources, the talents are the hardest one to be imitated and copied.Therefore, the talents are very important resources for companies. In order to win in the enterprise competition, companies must attract and retain more talents to support their development. Hunan Mobile Company is no exception also, the talents has profound influence on its development. Nevertheless, the lack of attention to the employees in our current enterprise management that brings staffs’ low satisfaction, and has a big influence on the enterprise’s performance. Therefore, as for Hunan Mobile, how to motivate the staffs and improve their job satisfaction, to improve the enterprise performance and service level, is an urgent problem for Hunan Mobile Compay.This paper takes Hunan Mobile staff incentive problems as the research object,to study their characteristic,and find out problems on staff incentive,such as lack of specificity,neglect of spiritual encouragements,lack of long-term perspective, insufficient humanized management,lack of supervisor-subordinate communication, outdated incentive idea and so on. Then we put forward the optimization strategy on the incentive system,including taking different stratigy to dirrerent staff,increasing the intensity for spiritual motivation,paying more attention to long-term incentive,strengthening humanized management,reducing negative incentive,laying mor emphasis on supervisor-subordinate communication,adoptting advanced contemporary incentive ideas and methods.
