Speed up the pace with the rapid development of the world economy, mergers and acquisitions has become a necessary means of survival and development of enterprises. Since the1990s, countries in the US-led mergers and acquisitions has set off a climax. Mergers and acquisitions has become the main form of business investment, expansion of product scale,occupation of market and gain their enterprise core competitiveness.The trend of Industry globalization is not being held back. According to the investigation result of the number of cases on mergers and acquisitions and the involving transactions between2007-2013by QingKe Research Centre, Chinese M&A market activity has improved significantly over the past few years, the number of merger cases and M&A transactions reached a record high in2013which was known as A Create Year of M&A in China.However, mergers and acquisitions has backfired overall performance, especially in the integration of corporate culture effectively even in this wonderful vision. According to relevant statistics analysis of mergers and acquisitions,we can find that failures of mergers and acquisitions caused by improper corporate culture integration accounted for up to80%. Thus the effective integration of corporate culture is key to the success of the merger decision.The goal of this study is to make a few suggestions for operability problems of M&A Cultural Integration, have certain guiding role in cultural integration practices in M&A enterprises in China and improve the performance of mergers and acquisitions through a comprehensive analysis of corporate mergers and acquisitions in the process of cultural integration and cultural diversity, cultural conflict, and the integration process integration model theory plus cases and a evaluation of performance of post-merger culture in a perspective of quantitative way.This paper sonsists of six chapters. Chapter one is an introduction, covering the papers of the study background, meaning, research methods and innovative ideas and research papers and deficiencies; Chapter two is an outline of basic concepts and theories,discussing the meaning of Corporate M&A and corporate culture,Corporate M&A theory,corporate culture differences, the performance impact of cultural differences on corporate M&A and cultural conflict caused by cultural differences; Chapter three describes the connotation of corporate culture integration, integration model and model selection, and cultural integration process; Chapter four is the performance evaluation of the M&A Cultural Integration; Chapter five provides a few practical suggestions based on the analysis of the status of Chinese M&A and the outstanding problems of cultural integration in summing up the first few chapters; Chapter six is the summary and outlook of the full paper.A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used in this paper to evaluate the performance of the corporate culture integration. It creates a comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model for M&A culture on the basis of case studies. It provides the effective assessment of corporate culture in M&A activity and effectiveness of cultural integration with a suitable analysis method.
