Due to the continuous development of our economy,a large number of foreign companies are entering the domestic market.However,in the increasingly competitive environment,how should we do it?How to deal with strategic M&A between enterprises?The integration of enterprises' own culture in different countries and regions gradually becomes the focus of attention.In today's China market,different enterprises have different management and management methods.The clash of cultural differences will ultimately influence the success of strategic mergers and acquisitions.How to manage cross-cultural conflicts effectively in these transnational corporations has become a major challenge for strategic M&A managers.The cultural conflict in the multinational strategic M&A problem has caused the attention of the theoretical circle and user,but the stressed"targets" and "profit share" principle,in practice often ignored the M&A members in cross-cultural barriers that exist in the actual operation,the result not only cannot achieve the profit sharing,instead of the unnecessary cross-culture risk losses,so how to prevent the enterprise as a result of the cultural conflict between cross-cultural risk is an important prerequisite for success in running strategy of transnational M&A.This paper integrates the cultural differences,cultural conflicts,cultural integration and cultural consensus of organizational learning and incentive theory in transnational mergers and acquisitions.The article analyzes the spiritual culture conflict,human resource management culture conflict,channel culture conflict,enterprise material culture conflict and related causes of the KSF and BS strategic merger and acquisition.The experience of the successful fusion of Geely cross-border M&A is analyzed.Under the combination of theory and experience,puts forward the KB the mode of cultural integration and the spiritual culture,human resources management,culture,channel and relevant countermeasures of enterprise material culture integration,provide a reference for enterprise cultural integration after the merger,reference and guidance.
