At the time that modem Human Resources Management of human-oriented concept attaching high attention by entrepreneurs, the desires and hurting for talents by enterprise makes HRM become great important for its development strategy. However, the various kinds of talents being a member of the enterprise nearly is done by recruitment, which is top-priority for the implementation of enterprise strategy.Through analysis on recruitment status and recruitment procedures of Luxury industry by A Company, a luxury company, the paper consider the choice making on recruitment channels is crucial point to directly determine the quality and times of recruitment. Successful selection on recruitment channel is the beginning of the recruitment.With the theory of recruitment and based on the real status of A Company, the paper compared the advantages and shortages of different kinds of recruitment channels of Luxury industry and analyzed the effect of the recruitment channels adopted by A company. And also, from the paper, other organizations can find experiences and lessens.
