Study On The Evaluation Of Land Intensive Use In Hainan Longwan Port Economic Development Zone

City land is an important carrier for the development of our economy, with therapid development of the growth of population and social economy, demand isincreasing, and the extensive use, unreasonable use and other factors, thecontradiction between land supply and demand is becoming increasingly acute, weneed to change the land use concept, explore the intensive, efficient, sustainable landuse. But the economic development zone is an important part of the city, undertookthe construction and production of industrial, logistics, trade, high-tech and two, thethird industry, is an important part of city development, the intensive degree of landutilization, to better reflect a city land management level.The Hainan Longwan Port Economic Development Zone of Qionghai city, thereare many problems such as the low efficiency of land utilization, industrialdevelopment, idle land more in terms of land use, is not conducive to the sustainabledevelopment in the future. To improve the land utilization, the land intensive useevaluation is necessary. Therefore, this paper to the development zone as theevaluation object, firstly summarized the domestic and foreign experts and scholarsto study on the land intensive use of the relevant progress, a list of necessary theoryand methods of evaluation research. On this basis, the Hainan Longwan PortEconomic Development Zone intensive land use evaluation, according to the study,the basic survey of land use status, methods in accordance with relevant currentNational Development Zone land evaluation and rules, combined with the actualsituation to develop evaluation techniques, selection of practical local evaluationindex, the research on intensive land use potential evaluation of land intensiveutilization degree and the level of land intensive, in-depth analysis of theDevelopment Zone by.This study through the analysis from the land use survey, intensive land usepotential evaluation and the land intensive use degree calculation three work ofHainan Longwan Port Economic Development Zone, the development andutilization of poor degree, the comprehensive scores of land intensive utilization is 24.84points, the land intensive use degree compared to the same period in low level.But the intensive land use potential for1847.65hm2, accounted for95.15%of thetotal area of the Development Zone, the development potential is very great.According to the results of the evaluation to the land intensive use of HainanLongwan port, and combined with the understanding of the problems found in thefield survey, through the SWOT analysis method, to analyze the advantages anddisadvantages of Longwan Port Development Zone of the internal conditions andexternal environment, and on this basis, put forward some suggestions andCountermeasures to promote the intensive use of land.
