The Study On Mechanism Of The Space Production Of Hongshan District In Wuhan Since2000

In currently,China has been in the period of rapid urbanization,urban space trends to rapidly expanding and the structure is violently reorganizing,thus generate more and more urban space production problems. As the district of seven main urbans, Hong Shan district change fastest,its spatial structure is updating with various factors,thus urban problems are diversified and complicated,it is the typical area to study production of urban space.The thesis followed the logical thinking of "research hypothesis-empirical analysis-case validation",from two aspects such as capital and power,in order to explore dynamic mechanism and mode of space production in Hong Shan district wuhan since2000.With the methods of field survey,literature research,quantitative analysis and case study,the final conclusion as the following:First,the hypothesis of space production power is almost tenable,Driven by the market economy rule,the space of capital fundamentally contributed to the production space. The dynamic trend of base price index in Hong Shan district show that its space constantly value-added evolution,space value is different from grades and classification.The power relation is the social actors of space,its complicated interest game has created the evolution of space production.Secondly,with the commercialization of space,spatial reproduction process has based on space deal. The interactive process of capital and space in hong shan district is that,the space is value-added and achieve reproduction(surplus value reproduction) in the form of a medium under the background of socialist market economy system. In this process,the industry is constantly optimizing and upgrading,capital investment tends to the third industry,specially the creative industry,science and technology industry as well as the construction of commercial services,at the same time,capital increasingly cluster to benefit maximization regions,such as southern district that education resource concentrated,transportation infrastructure conveniently.Thirdly,the power network of space production is constitute of three main roles such as the government,market and the public constitutes:among them,government acts as macro regulator of the urban space production,market power is the main force of the urban space production,thus government and market power is easier to make up to growth coalition in the process of interest game.On the other way,the public is an important adjustment of space production,The social organizations often express interests through formal channels,while the unstructured personal participate in social benefit gambling in the way of the masses letter petition.
