It has been a very complex problem for the group to realize scientific and effectivemanagement of subsidiary company and make the subsidiary company business itselfpositively for the whole profit based on respecting its independent legal subjectqualification. Due to lack of management experience, group control research in China isstill in infancy, and at the same time, it is a difficult issue that less research in the controlgroup company human resource controls and lack of complete theoretical frameworkabout human resources control system, so no matter from the perspective of theory orpractice, the study of group company human resources control remains to be furtherimproved.Based on the relevant study of control mode in group at home and abroad, and aswell as the analysis of research status in our country at present, we summarized thehuman resource control in three typical control modes which are the group companyfinancial control, the strategic control, operation control and group company humanresource control mode of the consultant. Based on human resource control mode as theresearch focus, this paper studies how to select and match group company humanresource control mode. For the Group company, to choose what kind of human resourcecontrol mode is restricted by the group internal and external factors, such as the groupmanagement mode is perfect or not, the discretion of the human resources personnel’sprofessional quality and the design of system are in good condition or not and otherfactors. This paper analyzes the group company how to choose the most suitable humanresources control mode according to their own conditions, and how to adjust humanresource control mode with the development of its own constantly, so as to maximizeresource sharing and strategic collaborative optimization. In addition, this article facingthe practical problems of the group company, analyzes the characteristic of the currenthuman resource control mode and deficiency, and the group company human resourcemanagement mode for the development of thinking. The proper selection of humanresource control mode for group companies can promote themselves and subsidiaries tomaximize shared interests and their interests balance.
