In today's uncertain world economic development,how to make enterprises bigger and stronger in the fierce market competition,and establish their own management and control mode,rapid development from small and medium-sized enterprises to large-scale group companies,is becoming more and more important to the development of enterprises.The target enterprise studied in this paper is a well-known commercial real estate enterprise.XD Group has developed from a small-scale private enterprise to a cross-regional group enterprise.Its development has witnessed the prosperity of China's real estate market in the past decade.With the rapid expansion of XD Group's business and the lag of management system construction,XD Group inevitably falls into management dilemma.Headquarters lacks effective control over its branches.Therefore,it is necessary for XD Group to reconstruct and optimize its current management and control system,improve its management level and core competitive advantage,in order to achieve the sustainability of enterprise development.The main purpose of this paper is to help XD company analyze the problems existing in enterprise management and control,design a group management and control mode suitable for XD enterprise development in view of the existing problems and enterprise development planning,and formulate an implementation plan to help XD enterprise implement landing.In this paper,comparative analysis,case analysis,questionnaire survey,normative analysis and empirical research are used in the research process.Through the comparative analysis of different enterprise management and control modes,find out the characteristics and differences of various management and control modes,and through case studies,study and analyze the management and control modes of benchmarking enterprises in the industry,find out the excellent management modes of benchmarking enterprises for reference and learning.Through the questionnaire survey of enterprise management,we find out the problems existing in the management system,process and authority of XD company,and formulate the improvement plan.At the same time,we learn from many theories and experiences about enterprise management and control mode at home and abroad in the process of research.The content and scope of this paper is to take group management and control as the research object,based on the current situation of XD group management and control,and based on the relevant theoretical system,and combined with advanced enterprise management and control experience at home and abroad,to explore the main problems of XD group in enterprise management and control,and from fiveaspects of enterprise strategic planning,human resources management,financial management,information management and group operation.Hand,clear the limitations of group management and control,and conducted a large number of employee questionnaires and data analysis,clearly described the limitations of XD group management and control and the need for reform.In view of the main problems existing in XD Group and related theoretical research results,this paper puts forward corresponding solutions,and further clarifies the optimization scheme of XD Group's management and control strategy,covering the optimization process of headquarters function,operation process,organizational structure and other fields,and strengthening the construction of information platform and staff training.Group management and control system covers many fields,is an important guarantee to ensure the normal operation of group enterprises,and is the core foundation to achieve enterprise development goals.These research results will be applied in the management and control practice of XD Group to ensure the smooth implementation of the management and control optimization scheme.It is hoped that the design and implementation of XD Group's management and control scheme can provide valuable reference for the design,implementation and improvement of the management and control mode of other enterprises in the industry.
