In pursuit of the competition and control of the market, many companies will be inevitably developed according to its own strategic goals, in terms of holding, investment and other methods to become bigger and stronger. Compared with the single organization, the changes of the organization form also bring along plenty of issues in management, like how to achieve managing the subsidiaries scientifically and effectively, but also pay full respect for the subsidiary's independent corporate entity status, and at the same time, mobilize the enthusiasm of their business so as to realize their strategic synergies and to maximize the overall interests of the Group, which is indeed a complicated issue. At present, the study and explore of the management and control model of the Group are still at phase of beginning and the knowledge of Human Resources Management model in the control of Group Management is comparatively little, also there is being lacking in the relevant complete system of the structure in this theory field, so wherever in the theory and practice, the Human Resource Management in Group should be further studied and improved.On the basis of comprehensive analysis of Group Management status both at home and abroad, this thesis focuses on three basis types of management control model of the group, that is, financial management, strategic management and operation management. And under the model of scientific management and control, and detailed model as well as measures, which is equaled to the former model, four basic models of Human Resources Management in Group have been mentioned: the model of intensive, supervision, extensive and complex. The choice and match of the Human Resource Management model are made to analysis and maximize the strategic collaboration and resource sharing. In addition, from the angel of solving Human Resource Management real problems, deep thoughts of the key practice and development of Human Resource Management model are given to further strengthen the effective management of the subsidiary from the function of the Human Resource Management, and promote the realization of the maximize the common interests of both parties and balancing their respective interests. Finally,by means of cases analysis and theories applying into practice, take HD group for example, we establish the logic reflection from two levels of theory and practice to match as well as study of Human Resource Management of the Group, analysis Human Resource management model in practice applying. I hope this study can provide some certain theoretical guidance and reference to the actual group of Human Resource Management. As the level of knowledge and experience of the author is limited, there are many unsatisfying parts in the article, experts, scholars and colleagues are sincerely urged to give comments and suggestions.
