With the coming of the knowledge economy, the competition among enterprises have been transformed into talent competition, Knowledge workers have become the core competitiveness of enterprises, business demand for knowledge workers continues to increase. However, knowledge workers there is a structural contradiction between supply and demand, mainly from the recruitment process caused by information asymmetry each other. Therefore, to understand and grasp the personality traits and behavior knowledge workers job characteristics and patterns, Relationships and behavior between personality traits and job, so that enterprises know ourselves, to improve the effectiveness of knowledge-based enterprises to recruit workers and reduce their risk of outflow, The development of the enterprise knowledge workers will have role in promoting this role in promoting the recruitment incentive will encourage enterprises to produce, so the cycle eventually help alleviate the unemployment problem plagued the government and the masses.Former academic study of knowledge workers is the lack of job search behavior, the system did not form the theoretical framework. This paper reveals the relationship between personality traits and job search behavior characteristics of knowledge workers as well as between them and the law, and to explore business recruitment strategies for research purposes. In the relevant literature at home and abroad, based on the literature review, questionnaires and other methods of job search behavior and personality characteristics of knowledge workers to investigate.This paper mainly for the enterprise have a college education-job knowledge workers. Topics covered include personality characteristics of knowledge workers and four kinds of behavior related to each other with their job, study personality traits which cites Goldberg (1992) The Big Five personality model,from nervousness, extraversion, openness, agreeableness and conscientiousness five dimensions discussion.
