With the development of the economy and technology, human resource becomes more and more important in the development of the economy and corporate, and employees become the core of enterprise competitiveness. In the face of increasingly fierce market competition, inspire and motivate employees, to keep its high morale has become the key of success or failure in enterprise management. To a large extent,employees’job satisfaction affects the morale of employees, also influence the level of human resources of the enterprise.Therefore, investigation of a company’s employee job satisfaction and promotion countermeasures are put forward based on the results of the survey, is the means of a company to get an important competitive advantagein the current market.This paper focuses on JingBian oil factory, and targeted to develop countermeasures for promotingits employees’job satisfactionby quantitative and qualitative ways which are based on a lot of previous research on employees’ job satisfaction.First of all, through reading the existing human resources’ summary report to relevant information ofJingBian oil factory, understand the factory’s current employees’job satisfaction level; Secondly, through a questionnaire to survethe employee’s job satisfaction, and with the reference of the existing analysis method, found the problems in promoting the employees’ job satisfaction in JingBian oil factory;Finally, according to the results of the questionnaire, targeted put forward the measures to improve employees’job satisfaction of JingBian oil factory.The paper visits and investigates the employees’job satisfaction of JingBian oil factory, and study the existing problems of the factory in improving employees’job satisfaction and targeted put forwardcountermeasures. Aimed at the JingBian oil factory as the representative, to hope to provide reference for the domestic other oil factories in promoting employees’job satisfaction.
