Study On Industrial Structure Optimization In The Context Of "Two-oriented Society"in Xiangtan County

"One belt and one region","the Yangtze River economic belt" and the building of resource-Economical&Environment-Friendly society in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration welcomed more favorable opportunity, and based on high energy consumption to its mode of economic development put forward severe challenges. Industrial structure is the foundation of economic development, also is the fundamental factor of promoting economic growth, only the reasonable industrial structure can provide strong support for the development of economy, on the contrary will restrict the development. Therefore, it is imperative to accelerate the industrial structure optimization and upgrading, it is also discussed in this paper the problem. Followed the method of "questioning-analyzing-solving problems"Firstly, based on the industrial structure optimization theory and successful experience at home and abroad, trying to explore suitable model for constructing "Two-oriented Society"Secondly, using the method-principal component to evaluate the economic level of Xiangtan County, which were ranked fourth, more efforts to be done to speed up the pace of development. By comprehensive analysis of the present situation industrial structure, the difficulties faced of Xiangtan County, using the entropy value method to made a preliminary assessment aboat "Two-oriented" industies, the results showed that County in optimizing the industrial structure, but there are also some problems. In order to accelerate the industrial structure optimization, with both types of industry development at home and abroad successful cases as a guide, more homework to be done in the new industry, modern agriculture, green ecological tourism, to promote industrial structure optimization.Thirdly, in line with present situation of the industrial structure, using the component data model to forecast the state of the future, and on this basis, finding clear direction for Xiangtan County industrial structure optimization, indeed feasible development strategy is put forward.
