With the development of civil society and higher competition in business market, enterprise organizations must be much have sufficient innovation and flexibility in order to maintain their competivity. Therefore, scholars and corporate managers give more and more concern on role behavior of employees. In today’s business management, with much deeply research on employee behavior, the scope of study orient from visible behavior to invisible psychological gradually. This paper studies the impact of corporate leadership style with the wishes of the staffs suggestions. On one hand, the paper uses a relatively mature theory of leadership; on the other hand, the exploration on employee wish of advise provides suggestions to help managers strengthen management. The study on relationship between the two variables, have both certain theoretical significance and giving a management proposals to promote innovation and development.As the content of this paper is the relationship between corporate leadership style and the willingness of employee voice, one of the two parts has a relatively theoretical research, and the other contents a new definitions and something gave much attention in recent years. So this paper uses a quantitative research combine with qualitative research, theoretical research combine with empirical research method to write. Theoretical study including liter reviewing and summarying research papers; and empirical research is to obtain quantitative data through questionnaires. Then this paper uses measurement and statistical methods to test hypotheses related to the study and draw some conclusions.Through theoretical and empirical research, this paper draws the following conclusions:First, demographic and histological variables have no significant effect on the willingness of staff suggestions, but position of employees have. The higher the position of the employees is, the more intense and positive their willingness of suggestions to be. Second, transactional leadership style is positively correlated with the wishes of the staff suggestions. Among it, contingent reward has positively correlated with employees wishes of suggestions, but exception management has no significant correlation with employees willingness of suggestions.Third, transformational leadership style is positively correlated with employees willingness of suggestions. Among it, the leadership of charm and have a positive correlation with suggestion wisher of staff, but personalized care and intellectual stimulation have no significant correlation with suggestions willingness of employees.Fourth, the lazy leadership style and willingness of staff suggestions are negatively correlated.Fifth, psychological empowerment and transformational and transactional leadership style are positively correlated, and it has no significantly associated with lazy leadership style. Psychological empowerment plays an intermediary role between transformational leadership and suggestions willingness, transactional leadership and willingness suggestions. Thus, through the leadership style can enhance employees’ psychological perception, then stimulate the willingness of staff suggestions.According to the conclusions of empirical research, this paper proposes the following management recommendations:First, managers should use contingency leadership style, leadership and harmonious employee relations; Second, to encourage employees to actively participate in decision-making, enhanced employees’ psychological perception; third, to improve the incentive mechanism within the enterprise, to create a good atmosphere suggestions; fourth, business leaders offer advice to optimize population structure, expanding the scope of suggestions groups.
