Employee creativity is an important foundation for enterprises to seize market opportunities and achieve sustainable development.In the actual working environment,the leadership behavior pattern is the key factor which has the essential influence to employees'creativity.However,the academic circles about what kind of leadership behavior might improve the inhibition on employee creativity is still lack of in-depth,there is still a "black box" area.Therefore,it is an urgent theoretical and practical problem to study the nutrition of different leadership style on the creativity of employees,and to stimulate their creativity.This paper studies the problem of the above mentioned different leadership styles:the influence mechanism of transformational leadership,transactional leadership and laissez-faire leadership on employee creativity,and discusses the organizational innovation climate and psychological empowerment which play as the mechanism of the efficiency.In a certain extent,it can stimulate the creativity of employees which could open the mystery.In the course of the study,through literature review,brainstorming,individual interview,questionnaire revision,questionnaire survey and analysis of large-scale system,it carried out a sample survey of employees of Caterpillar Wuxi.The relationship between different leadership styles,psychological empowerment,organizational innovation climate and employee creativity was verified by correlation and regression analysis:1.Transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on knowledge innovation behavior,and this prediction effect mainly comes from the transformational leadership of the charismatic leadership,vision incentives and virtue dimension.2.Psychological empowerment has a significant positive predictive effect on knowledge innovation behavior,and this prediction is mainly from three dimensions of work meaning,self-efficacy and work influence.3.Transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on psychological empowerment,and this prediction effect mainly comes from the vision of motivation,charisma and virtue dimension.4.Organizational innovation climate has a significant positive predictive effect on knowledge innovation behavior,and this prediction mainly comes from two dimensions of team support and organizational innovation.5.There are significant differences in the age and education level of knowledge innovation behavior.At the end of this paper,we discuss the results of the study and analyze the causes of the above phenomena.Suggestion and program area launched in the company to help improve employees' creativity based on the study,and following with the results checked.Deficiency and Prospect of this research are discussed which might provide some reference for future study.
