With the rapid development of science and technology, the increasing market competitiveness and the growing demand for personalized products, enterprises must capture the complex and dynamics market information, and then develop innovative products for improving the rapid response capability and the overall competitiveness of the supply chain. However, since innovative products are characterized by short life cycles and highly uncertain of demand and supply, manufacturers usually suffer from capacity or inventory risk when they launch these innovative products, leading to a new challenge to supply chain management. How to evaluate innovative products supply chain logistics capability, and then find out the main influencing factors is the key whether the enterprise can response to the customer demand for innovation products quickly and effectively or not. This paper first analyzes the literature regarding innovative products and supply chain logistics capabilities, and then builds an initial innovative evaluation index system of innovative product supply chain based on characteristics of innovative products supply chain logistics capability. The initial index system is subsequently confirmed by questionnaire survey and SPSS and AMOS statistical analysis, which including eight first-level indexes and thirty eight second-level indexes. Using combination weighting method, we develop a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model which intenerates a three scale analytic hierarchy process with entropy method. Finally, an empirical study is carried out for evaluating the innovation supply chain logistics capability and identifying the key factors, then providing relevant promotion strategies.
