Enterprise management level determines the ability of the business is well run healthy development, but is healthy and harmonious corporate culture determines whether employees happy work. The corporate culture depends on humane principles of corporate health, humane management. Goodness of people is the foundation of human management, companies believe employees have the desire to do the work, as long as the companies providing the platform and the right environment, employees will be able to go all out. Humane management enables companies, employees, employees’families, consumers, and even the interests of the harmonious relationship between many investors, suppliers, government and other stakeholders. In this paper, humane management of each person, the enterprise, the importance of the development of social harmony and basic measures of departure pointed out that human enterprise management. Who are the main benefits for enterprises to create and profit, human development is the key to enterprise development, therefore, within the scope of today’s world, humane management has become a part of the enterprise can not be ignored, the moment has become more popular, more advanced management concepts. Humane management fully reflects the people-oriented thinking, help develop people’s enthusiasm and initiative, at the same time allow people to create value for the enterprise to get a sense of presence to realize the meaning of life. Humane management philosophy is more and more entrepreneurs and managers to accept and to practice, to get practical results while promoting the development of enterprises, but also help the development of their own employees. An important aspect of human management is to the right people on the right jobs to their fullest potential and effectiveness is to rational allocation of human resources in the enterprise, thereby improving employee productivity, promote efficient development of enterprises.This study includes the following:First, point out the theoretical basis of human management, from Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory describes five levels of employees needs, the staff noted that enterprises should strive to meet the corresponding requirements. From the relationship marketing theory to explain the importance of employee relations marketing companies. Secondly, from the perspective of individuals, businesses, noted the importance of social development, human management. Humane management can promote personal development, maintaining harmonious relationship between individuals and enterprises, and promote the development and use of corporate human resources, promote social progress and development, promote social harmony. Again, points out the basic measures of human management:adherence to the " employees first" philosophy, increased emphasis on employees, respect for employees, create democracy, freedom, equality, fairness, relaxed working environment; the staff as friends, the staff when the " master", the staff as " family"; meet health and safety needs of employees, self-development needs, needs to get a sense of superiority, entertainment, needs, demands of family harmony, interpersonal demands; through material incentives, incentives to stimulate their spirit enthusiasm, initiative and creativity.
