With the rapid development of economy in China,many enterprises are facing fierce market competition and so more and more enterprises began to realize the important significance of performance management for enterprise development.As to the enterprise,successful implementation of performance management can improve the internal management process,enhance the value of employees,strengthen the core competence of enterprise,ensure to achieve the goals of enterprise strategy and performance management,promote the enterprise to develop continuously and quickly.However,judging from the current situation,traditional management methods that only rely on the rules and regulations have been obviously unable to adapt to the development of the modern enterprise,this requires that enterprises should seek new mode of performance management which is more suitable for their own development.In recent years,the focus of management concept changing from only science to science and human nature equally,under this background,the application of the theory of humanistic management in enterprise management has been developing rapidly.Combine the theory of humanistic management and scientific performance management system,through continuous communication and effective motivation,to implement the mutual growth of employees and enterprise,which provides a new performance management model for enterprise.Through studying the theory of performance management and humanistic management,this paper adopts literature analysis,questionnaire survey and otherresearch methods.On the basis of research,analysis and evaluation of the current performance management program for technical staff of LY company,combined with the actual situation of the enterprise and the characteristics of technical staff,this paper establishes a set of performance management program which is effective and feasible,embodying the theory of humanistic management for LY company,and evaluate the effect of the new performance management program in combination with the implementation.At the same time,in the process of design and implementation of the new performance management program,this paper has initially built the application model of performance management program based on the theory of humanistic management,and introduced the promoting strategies and methods of the practical application in the work.These strategies and methods can be further popularized to other enterprises,providing reference on the ideas and methods for the same type enterprises.
