In recent years, the development of the real estate enterprises in China face a series of difficulties, which bring certain influence to the development of those enterprises, the staff performance appraisal system can’t be implemented effectively. How will the individual goals and objectives of enterprises organically integrate together, through the performance appraisal to enhance the competitiveness is important to promote the healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises.This paper mainly uses the literature research method and survey method, to research the staff performance appraisal of the Hunan HN Company. In this paper, firstly, introduces the theory of staff performance appraisal, on the basis, summarizes the Hunan HN Company’s performance appraisal system from the evaluation objective, evaluation principles, evaluation in several people, evaluation content, evaluation cycle, evaluation levels, evaluation and compensation, and put forward the main problems which the company has in the performance appraisal system. Next, in the principle of accuracy, satisfaction and measurable, improves the employee performance appraisal system of Hunan HN Company, mainly improves and optimists on the evaluation objective, evaluation participants, appraisal cycle, evaluation levels, evaluation and supervision system and compensation amount evaluation result feedback and other aspects.The staff is enterprise’s greatest wealth, the competition between enterprises is the competition of talents, the development and use of human resources will determine the future development of enterprises. Real estate enterprises want to talent showing itself in the fierce competition, in addition to surface of the capital support, human resources is an important factor. In this paper, the staff performance appraisal system of Hunan HN Company is studied and improved, which is in line with the development strategy of enterprise organization need, and can effectively improve the enterprise management efficiency, meet the needs of individual management development.
