The Research On Business Process Optimization Of C Company

With economic globalization and growing competition in the market, increasing pressure on companies to survive, for any business, only to continuously improve operational efficiency, companies can be invincible. Currently, the only sustainable competitive advantage comes from the invention and creation of new technologies, but also from their own business processes. Rapid growth in business scale, increasingly complex business cases, business process system has become the basic platform supporting business operations. More and more companies will build the system upgrade process to a strategic height. Thus, for the enterprise, the management of business processes is becoming increasingly important. Therefore, this C Company’s business processes for the study, which found that the problem faced, and the corresponding improvement measures, which also has important reference for other business process management.In this paper, the content is divided into six parts, of which the first part is the introduction, this part of the four main parts of the background, significance of the research, research methods, main content and framework to be elaborated; second Chapter mainly from theoretical overview including business process content, business process optimization, business process optimization principles and implementation steps; Chapter III of Company C were first introduced, and then the company’s business processes, analyze the current situation and pointed out that the main problem currently exists in the business process; fourth chapter is based on Chapter III, the company’s business processes exist for C refactoring and optimization problems, including business process optimization preparation, analysis and optimization of the optimal conditions for specific programs; fifth chapter is the basis of the previous research paper, combined with the actual operation of Company C, propose appropriate safeguards for the implementation of C Company’s new business process optimization programs; finally the conclusion.
