A Research On Optimization Of Critical Business Process For MC Company

In recent years,with the rapid development of science and technology,the social economy also makes tremendous progress and the competition among enterprises becomes more and more intensive.It is important for each company to make the benefits of enterprises persistently grow and the enterprises persistently develop in the changing market environment.Therefore,more and more enterprises not only focus on the product research and development,but also pay much attention on the level of business process management.Effective process management can optimize the critical business process management,which can improve the customer satisfaction and customer loyalty and help the enterprises efficiently reduce the operating costs,so as to improve the enterprise performance and strengthen the enterprise's market comprehensive competitiveness to keep the great vitality of enterprises.This thesis studies various domestic and foreign experts and scholars' theories about Michael Hammer BPM(Business Process Management)and BPI(Business Process Improvement),combined with the current situation of the MC company to interview customers and employees from different divisions of the MC company to analyze the findings.This thesis will find the two most urgent issues which are the two most important process in the business of the MC company including the process of OA inquiry and the process of SAP order fulfillment.Furthermore,the thesis will use the 5W1 H analysis technique of KAIZEN analytical tool to analyze the root of the business process problems,such as the internal information cannot be shared,some parts of process links are redundant and the control node loses effectiveness.Moreover,this thesis will use ECRS which includes eliminate,combine,rearrange and simplify to optimize the business process.Combined with the strategy of MC company,three measures will be put forward to help MC company business process improvement,including build the concept of continuous improvement to encourage staffs to keep improving,clear job responsibilities and strengthen supervision and evaluation as well as improve the functionality of the internal materials sharing.In order to solve the current problems completely,it is necessary for MC company to establish the customer-oriented business,improve and optimize the main business process which is limit the company's critical business,and solve the critical process problems including the internal information cannot be shared,some parts of process links are redundant and the process control node loses effectiveness.Therefore,it will improve the customer satisfaction,help the MC company out of the dilemma of the serious in-fighting as well as promote the sustainable development of MC company.
