Johnson controls metal company is a sino-US joint venture. The two shareholders are the world’s top500multinational group Johnson controls and YFJC. The products of Johnson controls metal Company cover all components of car seat metal frame and overall seat frame platform products. No matter as production materials and daily necessities, automobile products are durable goods of high reliability. Production and management process of the Company are characterized as wide professional coverage, long production processes, a variety of products, advanced technology and equipments, quick improvement of technology and so on. It requires producers with high quality of humanity, professional skills and outstanding operation abilities.As result of the rapid expansion, Johnson metals neglects the systematic training and the construction of talent team. There exists a large disparity in regard of the overall quality of operators, taking the rapid development and expansion of the Company as well as the international competition into consideration. Besides, there are other problems like the shortage of skilled talent, low level of complex technical work, the urgent need to improve the technical quality, the shortage of excellent talent, the lack of systematic training as well as the failure to form an effective incentive mechanism for skilled talents.This paper goes around the theme of skilled talent incentive mechanism of Johnson controls metal company, and give an analysis of enterprise internal skill talented present situation and existing problems. Based on skilled talent incentive experience both at home and abroad, this paper is to establish enterprise skills talents incentive mechanism model with employee career development as the guidance. On this foundation Johnson controls skilled talent incentive mechanism system is to be designed, so as to put forward the direction of the empirical application research for the solutions to the problems of skilled talents shortage and low leveled skilled labor.
