With the increasingly keen competition between Chinese tobacco companies, more and more tobacco companies are ready to focus on ingredients like tech-researching, leaves purchasing, quality of manufacturing, brand building and market spreading. Talent, as the core competitiveness, is the motive power of development of the enterprise. From a strategic point of view, tobacco companies have begun talent reserving work through enhancing and speeding the development of talent. How to search, cultivate and inspire the talent correctly has become the strategic problem for all the tobacco companies.Z Tobacco (Group) Corporation is one of the most famous domestic tobacco manufacturing and marketing companies. Its economic benefit, production scale and market share are at a leading position in China. Talent resource is always the key point Z Tobacco (Group) Corporation puts eyes on. With the constant improvement of grouplisation, talent development strategy has become the company's key function strategy on its further development.Based on the research of the theory of the science of personnel, the development of talent, the career management, the dissertation carries out a further research of talent-development theory and method in Z Tobacco (Group) Corporation, through planning and designing the talent-development strategy and the combination of the theory of group management.This thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is aimed at disclosing the connotation of talent, the value and law of growth of it, and reveals the connotation and feature of grouplized talents development strategy through the theoretical analysis of talents strategy based on the theory of grouplized management. The second chapter emphasizes the talent development strategy under the grouplized management environment of Z Tobacco (Group) Corporation, and delves into the major problems of talent development of Z Tobacco (Group) Corporation through techniques such as SWOT analysis and talent development value chain analysis. The third chapter is dedicated to the question about how to improve the pertinence, the effectiveness and the flexibility of talent development under the grouplization environment of Z Tobacco (Group) Corporation, and carves out new approaches of talent development through the implementation of scientific institutions of nomination, nurture, utilization and protection against brain drain. The last part lies emphasis over the operation maneuver in areas about allocation, development, assessment and motivation of talents for "Z Tobacco (Group) Corporation" to ensure the feasibility of the talents development strategy.This dissertation combines the theory of talent development with the management of grouplization of Z Tobacco (Group) Corporation under the background of the grouplized management, in order to explain that the most important method to improve the core competition of the company during the process of grouplization is to deeply research the feature of the structure of the talent and to carry out the talent development strategy. It is also the basis to make sure that the company will keep a long-term development in a stable status.
